I am writing this review with deep disappointment regarding the experience I had with Wunderman Amman. I called their office three times, expressing my interest in social media management services and requesting to speak to someone within the company. Despite the promises made during each call that someone would get in touch with me, I have not received any response or follow-up from Wunderman Amman. It is perplexing that a company of their stature and reputation lacks the basic courtesy of responding to a potential client's inquiry.
