I started working with them about 6 months ago and so far I have been satisfied with their service. Whenever an issue occurs with my POS system and menu boards they are very responsible and fix the problem quickly. I will definitely work with them again for my new restaurant in the future.
I work for the Town of Princeton and we have purchased a couple of units for digital signage. We are able to place our own content, pictures, links, etc that we display on TV's at the Arena, Visitor Centre and Town Hall. The communication, training and tech support is always quick and helpful. I have found that IQ Interactive products are user friendly and I would recommend their products and services to anyone.
Great customer service, and very helpful. I needed my signage to go live in few days time as my store opening was moved early; other companies had offered to help but were not available to even email back on time.but IQ team, they made it possible.
