Serge was amazing with my request regarding a laptop. Extremely prompt communication and execution. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and would highly highly recommended Handy Apps. 5 Stars!!
I have been having trouble getting my zoom account to work. I had already sought help from 3 Zoom Customer Services agents who were not able to help me and also my usual IT Company. When I approached Serge he was able to help me out remotely and it only took 2 sessions less than 30 minutes per session to get the entire issue sorted. I highly recommend Serge to anyone looking for a resolution to any IT issues.
