I just joined this organization 6 month ago.. and the work environment is very good.. as a developer I need full access to prove my better version and They provided me with that.. It's being thankful that I am a part of this organization and I want to continue with this company..
The work environment of the company is very good and motivating. As a fresher one can learn various new technologies and there are good opportunities for them. The leadership team is also very much efficient and helpful. There are many employee benefits like cab facility, family mediclaim and various other perks available. The salary structure is also satisfactory.
Working here for last 12 years. A fastest growing MNC and as a old member I experienced the journey together to the growth of the company. Every organization has some pros and cons but while a member is continuing for a decade that automatically proves the pros and more than cons :).
