I reached out to this company looking to get a website redone and regular monthly marketing services. I was originally promised to be provided with a new website (with multiple designs to choose from), copy, market research, and satisfaction. I was provided with two designs that were almost identical. We were not satisfied but decided to move forward with one design thinking it would improve with feedback. I was also told that I would not get the market research as that is internal.
