Back in 2005, Ashley saw a growing issue of business owners getting stuck managing daily fires and not having the time to work on strategically growing their business. None of them had time or energy to organize their personal or professional priorities which led into an ever-worsening work/life balance that led many owners’ businesses being unsustainable, unprofitable, or unenjoyable.
